The UK Calls Unlimited plan gives a single user - or a hot-desk phone shared by shift workers - unlimited outbound calling to UK landlines and the four main mobile networks for a flat monthly fee, with no per-minute reconciliation at the end of the month.
Each plan includes one concurrent SIP channel. When a team needs more simultaneous outbound calls, additional plans are stacked one per extra channel, keeping billing simple and predictable as headcount grows.
Fair-usage limits apply (see the footnote on the hub) so a single user cannot inadvertently generate contact-centre volumes on a single-user tariff. For higher volumes we recommend UK SIP Unlimited or UK Enterprise.
The plan is compatible with any SIP-capable telephony platform including our SelectVoice cloud phone system, Microsoft Teams (via direct routing) and third-party PBXs.
