Identity is the foundation. We deploy and manage Entra ID with MFA enforcement, conditional access, privileged identity management and SSO to your wider SaaS estate. Identity compromise is the leading attack vector; identity hardening is the strongest single control.
Productivity covers Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook configuration - including governance for sprawl. We set up site provisioning, retention, archiving and information protection so the tenant stays manageable as it grows.
Security covers Defender for Office (anti-phishing, ATP, safe links), Defender for Endpoint (EDR), Defender for Cloud Apps (SaaS security) and Purview (information protection, eDiscovery, audit). Most customers already pay for these in their E3 or E5 licences but never light them up.
Adoption matters - paying for licences nobody uses is the most common form of waste. We run focused adoption programmes for Copilot, Teams telephony, SharePoint and Power Platform with real metrics on uptake.
