On-premise and Hybrid Phone Systems
Keep your existing PBX investment and extend it to the cloud - hybrid telephony designed for phased migration, not rip-and-replace.

About on-premise and hybrid phone systems
Not every business is ready for a full cloud migration. Some have recent on-premise PBX investment, regulatory constraints, or sites with poor connectivity. Telappliant's hybrid model lets you keep the PBX you have, extend it to the cloud at your own pace, and consolidate later.
We support major on-premise platforms - SpliceCom, NEC, Mitel, Avaya, 3CX and others - with SIP trunks, cloud-based softphones, hosted users, and a single number plan that spans on-premise and cloud users transparently.
Phased migration means individual departments or sites can move to cloud users while the rest stay on the PBX. Numbers, dial plans, voicemail and call recording stay consistent through the transition. There is no day-one rip-and-replace risk.
Disaster recovery is built in. If the on-premise system fails, calls automatically route to cloud users or to the AI receptionist. If connectivity drops at a site, local survivability keeps internal and emergency calls working.
We also support hybrid contact centre - on-premise agents and cloud agents working from the same queue with unified reporting. This is the practical path for businesses that have invested in PBX hardware but need cloud flexibility for remote teams.
