One integration layer, six ways to put it in front of your people
SelectVoice Bubble is the computer telephony layer between your phone platform and your CRM. It delivers screen-pop, click-to-dial and call write-back across desktop, browser, Teams, embedded, mobile and bespoke systems.
- 200+ supported CRMs and business apps
- 85+ telephony platforms
- Deploy per user group
- No local install required for browser, Teams or embedded
The call outcome is in the CRM before the agent hangs up
These are the operating standards we configure for every SelectVoice Bubble deployment. They are the same regardless of whether the user is on a desktop app, inside Teams or on a mobile.
- The caller is identified and the record is open before the third ring.
- Call notes, outcome and recording link are written to the record before the agent hangs up.
- No swivel-chair between Teams, the CRM and a separate phone app.
- Deploy per user group rather than per site, and change the mix as teams change.
How each team consumes the same integration
Bubble is not a single app. It is a set of clients that all read from the same integration layer, so you can match the deployment to the user rather than changing the user to fit the deployment.
Desktop app
Windows and Mac client for deskbound users - call pop-ups, Click & Call, contact search and call history without opening the CRM first.
Browser plug-ins
Chrome and Edge extensions that add click-to-dial and screen-pop to any web CRM, with nothing to install on the device image.
Microsoft Teams app
Certified Teams app that keeps agents in Teams while calls run over SelectVoice, alongside Operator Connect or Direct Routing.
Embedded app
The call bar lives inside the CRM window itself, so the CRM owns the agent experience - the usual choice for contact centre teams.
Mobile app
iOS and Android caller identification and call logging so field, hybrid and on-call staff still generate CRM activity.
iFrame and API
Drop the call bar into a portal or line-of-business system, or drive call events directly from the Bubble API for bespoke workflows.
Match the client to the working pattern
Use this matrix to narrow down which Bubble app type fits each user group. We validate the choice during scoping and often deploy more than one app type across a single customer.
| Bubble option | Where it runs | Typical customer scenario |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop app | Windows and Mac desktop | Sales and service teams on managed laptops who want pop-ups and dialling regardless of which app is in focus. |
| Browser plug-ins | Chrome and Edge | Cloud-first organisations with a web CRM and a locked-down device policy that discourages installed software. |
| Teams app | Microsoft Teams desktop, web and mobile | Microsoft 365 estates already using Operator Connect or Direct Routing that want CRM context inside Teams. |
| Embedded app | Inside the CRM window | Contact centres where agents work a queue all day and the CRM must remain the single screen. |
| Mobile app | iOS and Android | Engineers, account managers and out-of-hours staff who take customer calls away from a desk. |
| iFrame and API | Any web portal or bespoke system | In-house or vertical systems with no off-the-shelf connector, where you control the call experience yourself. |
Licensed through the CRM integration add-on at £6.95 per user per month, applied only to the users who need it. Prices exclude VAT.
