We work to PRINCE2-aligned project structure - initiation, planning, execution, control and closure - scaled to project size. A two-week M365 migration does not need the same governance as a six-month office relocation, but both need clear ownership, milestones and risk management.
Common projects we run include M365 migrations (from Google or competing tenants), server consolidation to cloud, network refresh, full office relocations, contact-centre deployment and cyber security uplift programmes.
Where third parties are involved - landlords, carriers, vendors, customers - we run the coordination. You get one project manager who deals with everyone; you do not have to chase Openreach or coordinate with the building team.
