Full fibre is now available across most of the UK. Telappliant supplies business-grade FTTP from Openreach, CityFibre and altnet partners with symmetric speeds, business-class SLAs and pricing that reflects how UK businesses actually use bandwidth.
Symmetric matters. Cloud backups, video conferencing, AI workloads and remote access all push upstream traffic; consumer-style asymmetric broadband chokes the moment users start collaborating. Business FTTP gives you the same speed up as down.
We run multi-carrier procurement on every quote. The best price and the shortest install date are not always from the same carrier, so we check across Openreach and the major altnets and present a single recommendation.
Installation is project-managed. We chase Openreach or the altnet, attend the install, configure the router, and provision a static IP and any port forwarding or VPN requirements before handover.
Once live, every FTTP circuit is monitored from our NOC with proactive fault management. SLAs include rapid response, escalation paths and committed restore times depending on the package you choose.
