Devices are pre-configured before shipping. Asset tags, encryption, Microsoft 365 enrolment, baseline software and security agents are all in place when the user opens the box. They sign in, complete a guided setup, and they are working.
Lifecycle is managed end to end. We track warranty, refresh windows, end-of-life schedules and budget forecasts so you are not surprised by capex spikes or accidentally running on out-of-warranty fleet.
End-of-life disposal is secure - certified data destruction, WEEE-compliant recycling and asset recovery where there is residual value. You get a destruction certificate for every device, ready for audit.
