Design starts with what you need to deliver: voice quality, secure remote access, segmentation for guests and contractors, regulatory zones, and high-bandwidth applications like video conferencing and AI workloads. We size the kit to that, with two-year headroom.
Deployment is run as a project with a named delivery manager, site surveys, change windows agreed with you, and a documented as-built handover. Every site is added to our 24/7 monitoring before go-live so we see the first issue, not you.
Ongoing management includes patching, configuration changes, security policy updates, hardware refresh planning and lifecycle support. You have one number to call for the whole network - LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN and security.
